At Aliannabelle Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our office. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving high-quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.


Return & Exchange

We take great pride in our product and it is 100% guaranteed. Since natural hair is reactive to a simple wash and deep conditioning product issues or concerns can often easily be remedied by implementing a simple care regimen.

However, if you have received any product that is defective , please contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. We will check out the problem and give you a satisfied solution within 24 hours. Aliannabelle could accept return or exchange the item.


How To Return & Refund

  1. You can Submit the return request by email: to Customer Service within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please include the order number, reason for return and photographs for verification.
  2. Once we have approved your request, you can send back the hair by your local post office. The return address will be provided by email after submitting the application. Please keep the return shipping number and provide it to us as a record.
  3. When we receive the returned package, the item(s) will be inspected,we just need make sure the product is correct and it's in the original condition and has the issues stated in the return request.
  4. Once confirmed, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 2-15 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). 

Return & Exchange Conditions:

We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft or band, or processed) in any way. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

Do i have to pay for the shipping of my return or exchange?

A: If you want to return or exchange an item without any quality problem within 30 days after signature, please send an email to this email address with your order number details: We will offer you the return address. But you are supposed to pay the shipping fee.
B: If the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. Please send us an email with your order number details, also the hair problem pictures. We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you a reasonable solution.
